This classic farmhouse sits on 13 tranquil acres of waterfront property (Highland Bayou) which is also home to cattle, donkeys, and horses. Nestled conveniently 40 minutes south of Houston and 15 minutes north of Galveston, this is the ultimate getaway.

We resided on this farm for 10 years. Our children spent their earliest years here. We are thrilled to share our slice of heaven with you!

The farmhouse itself is 1,760 square feet. The open interior floorplan makes it feel very spacious and the 3 bedrooms are on the perimeter. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have very spacious closets and dresser storage. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower which features a double shower-head. The third bedroom features two bunk beds with full sized mattresses. 4 adults can comfortably sleep in this room. If willing to bunk up, 8 people can fit. The washer and dryer are also featured in this bedroom and it has access to the second bathroom which features a bathtub.
